A meeting of the Committee regarding Obligations of Insurers under sections 32B, 32C & 32D of the Insurance Act, 1938 was held in GI Council office, Mumbai on 8.1.2024.The Committee has been constituted by IRDAI .The meeting was presided by the Chairman of the Committee , Mr Arijit Basu and attended by members including Mr. Mohan Yadav & Secretary General, GI Council, Mr. Inderjeet Singh.
