General Insurance Council is desirous to recruit ‘Consultants’ having sound knowledge in the field of Insurance. The incumbent must possess knowledge of Fire / Marine / Property / Motor with minimum 15 years of experience in Non - Life (General Insurance) sector and have handled such portfolio at a Corporate level. Age should not exceed 62 years as on 01st September 2023.

Medical Insurance Professional
Qualification – MBBS / BHMS / BAMS.
Experience – 5 to 10 years’ experience in Hospital Networking and Empanelment, Handling Pre-Authorisation and other Claim related matters.
Remuneration – Commensurate with Experience and Knowledge.
The job is Mumbai based and shall be purely on contractual basis for a period up to one year which may be further renewed purely on the basis of performance and track record subject to sole discretion of General Insurance Council. Business Analyst
Job requirement- Analysis of Claims and Industry data on various parameters, strong MIS reporting background.
Qualifications – First Class Graduate in Science or Commerce with preference for candidates having statistical background. Must be proficient in MS Excel.
Experience – Minimum experience 5 to 10 years.
Remuneration – Will be commensurate with experience and expertise.

Job requirement- Responsible for handling software projects implementation and delivery. Coordination with member companies and stakeholders and project management with the vendor.
Minimum Qualifications –Graduate in Science or Engineering or Business Administration. Certification in project management techniques and data analysis/reporting would be a plus.
Experience – Minimum experience 5 to 10 years in software projects and exposure to project management.

Job requirement- Handling software projects from requirements until implementation. Coordination with member companies, stakeholders and vendors on project related issues and finding effective solutions. Translating business requirements to technical solutions.
Minimum Qualifications –Graduate in Engineering, or Computer Applications or related fields. Trainings and certifications on software, hardware, networking etc. would be considered.
Experience – Minimum experience 5 to 10 years in software project development, exposure to system administration and database management.
Remuneration – Will be commensurate with experience and expertise.
