Invites  Applications for the post of Secretary General

General Insurance Council (GI Council) is a Self-Regulatory body constituted under Section 64C of the Insurance Act consisting of all General insurers, Health insurers, Specialized Insurers and Reinsurers registered with IRDAI.

Aspirants must be persons of integrity and standing with extensive domain knowledge and experience in General Insurance and Reinsurance business. Aspirants should preferably have at least 15 years of exposure in the area of Non-Life Insurance in the rank of General Manager of Public Sector Non-Life Insurance Company/Reinsurer or  at top management with a Private Sector insurer/Reinsurer.

Applications giving detailed Resume, with one passport size photograph  be sent in sealed  cover superscribed with the words “Application for the post of Secretary General” to reach the address given below by 20th December 2022 and softcopy of the application to be sent by email to  by 15th December 2022

Those applied for the position against our earlier notifications will have to once again apply against this notification, should they wish to be considered.
